There are a few major problems in graphic design for the web. One of which is too much graphic content and another is having no relation between the graphics and content. There is really no set of rules that make a website perfect, there are various factors that make great websites. Bad sites are in fact, inspirational! You know for sure what you dont want from your site when you look at a few decently bad designs.
